It can be argued that the Android OS is Google's most successful product yet because it is actively used by more than a billion users globally and it also presents Google with the best chance to ever pose a serious threat to Microsoft Windows on PCs and laptops, and perhaps Mac OS.
It doesn't seem though that Google thus far has any intention of making Android available on PC anytime soon, (except their lukewarm efforts with Chromebooks so far) leaving Jide Technology with their Remix OS miles ahead in this space.
The new version of Remix OS for PC comes with several new features that weren't previously available, and this is thanks to the feedback received from the Remix OS user community.

This unique Android based operating system for PCs is a available for free download and thanks to this new upgrade, many more PCs and laptops can run Remix OS given the increased number of NVIDIA and AMD GPUs that are now supported.
What makes Remix OS for PC also unique is that it is a productivity focused, desktop version of Android, offering "multiple re-sizable windows, true keyboard and mouse support, and an advanced file manager enabling users to create content as easily as they consume it".
Resizable Windows now available on Remix OS for PC
Here's another great feature in the age of the mobile and travelling worker, because Remix OS for PC is lightweight in size and and relatively low on system requirements, it can be installed on a USB drive (8GB+) and used as a portable workspace securely containing your documents and apps.
Multiple Window Support
Given that in emerging markets such as Afrika you find many users sharing a single PC, this ability and use case to "carry your whole PC on a USB drive" comes in handy and has many advantages.
A key feature of Remix OS for PC is multiple window support, and this has been vastly improved in the migration to Marshmallow.
Button that resizes window to fit App's content on Remix OS for PC
Significant examples of Remix OS support for multiple windows include:
New button has been implemented that resizes a window to fit specifically to the app’s content - ensuring optimal layout is maintained
Video-based apps now open up in full-screen when you maximize the video rather than staying in a small framed window
Resizing windows manually can now be initiated anywhere along the edge of the window (other than the top edge), rather than just on the bottom right corner Jeremy Chau, Co-Founder of Jide Technology says,
Two things were key to improving the user experience for the Remix OS for PC Android 6.0 upgrade.
Jide Technology started by collecting all the feedback from their user community and prioritized development work based user needs.
Following that, Chih-Wei Huang’s (Android-x86 Open Source Project founder) was added to the Jide Technology team and his contribution has been huge. His knowledge and experience has helped the team at Jide Technology immensely in creating a more stable experience on Remix OS for PC.
